Industrial painting

For some years now, our activities have covered not only the automotive sector, but also several other areas of industrial painting, where there are mass production and equally ambitious technological challenges.

Tecna Plast has recently embarked on new projects in the household appliance and home automation sectors, where customer demands are less restrictive than in the automotive sector, but which still require high quality and strength characteristics that can only be achieved through the application of stable and constantly monitored production processes.

The automatic line is suitable for painting everything from small parts (a few centimetres) up to larger components (such household appliances or design elements).

For smaller parts, the current single-shift production capacity is 70,000 to 100,000 pcs depending on the complexity of the painting cycle to be applied and the process involved, while for medium to large parts the production capacity drops to around 250 to 500 pcs.

In addition to this, there is a boost of production capacity coming from the manual line, because the production of small batches with special characteristics or machining of larger components cannot be handled on the robot line.
