Quality
A fundamental aspect on which the entire Tecna Plast Quality Policy is based on is to guarantee High Quality on all components.
To achieve this important goal Tecna Plast has invested many of its resources because to guarantee to the Customer a high Quality that makes the difference.​
The company's main objective is "ZERO DISTURBANCE", i.e. to create as little disturbance as possible for the customer due to aspects not due to his process. Moreover we try to solve problems due to the moulding process directly with the painting process, thus relieving the Customer of the management of these issues.
Aesthetic check
All painted components are visually inspected.
Tecna Plast's Testing Team consists of personnel with many years of experience in Quality Control. The staff is highly trained and constantly upskilled; their main task is to visually inspect all painted components before packaging, identifying and isolating defective material.
​Tecna Plast adopts internal testing procedures shared with the Customer, but is also able to apply different procedures imposed by the Customer itself; depending on the intrinsic criticality of the machined components.
Test Laboratory
To guarantee a high aesthetic and performance quality of all painted components, as well as performing an aesthetic check on all machined parts, Tecna Plast is equipped with a fleet of instruments. These are constantly subjected to certified calibration, which it can monitor the main control parameters of the painting world.

Tecna Plast is also able to conduct some of the main Resistance Tests referred to the Paint Specifications of the world's most important OEM. In this way, it is possible to periodically perform some Retesting Tests to keep the process under control, purely from the performance point of view of the applied paint film.
