Following the actual painting process, Tecna Plast can give further functional and/or aesthetic value to the painted components through a series of aesthetic processes, with those it is possible to engrave graphic symbols, such as ideograms typical of the automotive world or fully customisable logos and trademarks. Over the years, Tecna Plast has gained experience in laser marking and pad printing processes, guaranteeing compliance with the standards currently in force.
Laser Engraving
Tecna Plast can provide an in-house laser service with automatic machines.
Laser engraving makes it possible to create high-precision, high-quality ideograms and lettering within the typical tolerances required in the automotive industry and beyond.
The machines consist of two different units, one of which is the latest generation equipped with a camera vision system and a self-centring system.
The laser sources used are industry leaders and guarantee unmatched quality and repeatability in the 'Night & Day' sector.
Tampoprinting
In addition to laser marking, through many years of cooperation with reliable and experienced local suppliers, we can offer both aesthetic and functional tampoprinting services.
Assembling
Tecna Plast is also organized and structured to carry out small manual assemblies and post-assembly checks through the use of templates or similar instrumentation.
Design
& Prototyping
With the support of professionals and well-established companies in the sector, it is also possible to offer the service of designing and building the equipment necessary for the painting process.
Through its high flexibility in the product development phase, Tecna Plast is also able to support the customer during the Prototyping phase by materially controlling the behaviour of the plastic component during development according to the type of surface finish required.
